Elizabeth Rowe

The Case

His wife died. He was devastated. He knew he had to address all her affairs. Together with Mr. Parker, Ms. Rowe helped him administer his wife' estate. She prepared the necessary documents to submit an Application for Estate Trustee With a Will. She also prepared a Survivorship Application to transfer her interest in their home to him. Once the Certificate of Appointment of Estate Trustee was granted, Ms. Rowe helped liquidate all of the assets to transfer them to him. She also caused the RRIF to be rolled over to him, as the designated spouse beneficiary. Then, and with input and instruction from Mr. Parker, Ms. Rowe prepared new Powers of Attorney and a new Will for him to ensure his life and estate planning matters were up to date.
